Culinary school was an important starting point in my development as a cook. It gave me the foundation to understand technique, preparation, timing and the discipline behind a well-executed dish.
Since then, I have continued to build on that foundation through restaurant work, competitions, menu ideas and personal projects. This page brings together a mix of early culinary school pieces and food work that reflects different stages of that progression.
