Private Chef Events

Intimate dining experiences shaped by creative menus, personal storytelling and thoughtful execution.

Private chef events give me the freedom to create with more intention. I enjoy shaping each menu around the occasion, the guests and the experience I want to create at the table.

One example was a nine-course tasting dinner I created. It gave me the opportunity to bring my ideas to life without the limitations of a restaurant menu. From the flow of the courses to the plating of each dish, every detail was considered with purpose.

The menu moved through contrast, restraint, balance and discovery. Some courses were built around bold flavour pairings, while others focused on subtle technique and simplicity. Each dish became a way for me to explore new combinations, refine ideas and think through the experience from both the chef’s perspective and the guest’s.

These are the moments where the work feels most personal. Food becomes more than a meal. It becomes a canvas for creativity, connection and memory.
